Dear Hospital staff, please do not let it escape your notice that today is the deadline for submitting your revalidated criminal records checks. I hope I do not have to remind you of the consequences of failing to do so before HR closes its doors this evening.

Please recall that every member of the Healing staff (Healers, Mediwitches/wizards, and trainees) is required to submit a revalidated criminal records check with HR by next Monday. The documents we currently have on file will be destroyed by then, and those who fail to satisfy the deadline will be suspended without pay until the appropriate clearance is gained from the DMLE. I realize this is an inconvenience, but our patients' safety is paramount! and in this time of strife, we must continue to ensure that our staff is of top-notch quality.
